1、内孔高频淬火：采用45钢，轴套先进行整体正火处理，硬度
167~229HB,内孔进行高频淬火，表面硬度52~60HRC，深度
1.0~1.8mm，淬硬层有效硬度45HRC。
2、渗碳淬火：采用20、20CrMnTi、20CrMo等低碳钢或低碳合金钢，
表面进行渗碳淬火，表面硬度58~63HRC，渗碳层的深度 0.8~1.2。 
3、整体热处理：采用45、40Cr等中碳钢或中碳合金钢，淬火硬度
40~52HRC；采用GCr15等轴承钢，淬火硬度58~63HRC。 
4、表面可做磷化、喷涂二硫化钼等处理。
5、内孔可加工成螺旋油槽、8字油槽、十字油槽、网纹、油穴等多
种润滑形式。（详见P6页）
1.High Frequency Hardening: High frequency hardening treatment is done after normalizing treatment with hardness
167-229HB. Surface hardness is up to 52-60HRC and hardening layer depth to 1.0-1.8MM, efficiently hardness 45HRC.
2. Carburizing & Quenching: The process is used for material 20、20CrMnTi and 20CrMo, hardness up to 58-63HRC
and carburizing depth to 0.8-1.2MM.
3.Through Heat Treatment process is used for material 45、40Cr with gotten hardness 40-52HRC. For material GCr15, 
hardness 58~63HRC will be gotten.
4.Surface engineering like Phosphating or spray MoS2 is available. 
5.screw oil groove,8 type oil groove,cross oil groove,net oil groove and oil socket are available on inside hole.(see page 6)
